Final Notes:
Good directivity performance from this waveguide as well as decent low frequency loading due to the deeper design. General directivity trends from my measurements seems to align well with the BEM simulated polar maps above ~1.5khz. Below that the minor differences are likely due to the large foam covered roundovers I use on the test jig vs a more standard baffle/enclosure the simulated model was designed around.
